Shipping Methods and Fees
To ensure the best possible service and fast delivery, we ship using Cooperative Logistics. Shipping fees vary depending on the shipment type and destination and are automatically calculated when you place your order.
All orders will ship within 10 business days. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance at your destination.

Important Shipping Information
Please note the following:
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We do not forward orders after they have been shipped, so please make sure someone is available at your designated shipping address to sign for your order.

Free Shipping  
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, and we will notify you by email when available. Please note that free shipping promotions are applied at checkout.
If you return an item purchased during our free shipping campaign, the standard return shipping fee will be charged since shipping is free.   

Guest Checkout   
If you would like to purchase an item without registering, you can do so as a guest by completing the checkout process and providing the appropriate contact and billing information.

First-Time Orders   
For your safety, please register an account with accurate information for your first order to avoid delays in processing your order. Please also provide accurate contact information so that we can contact you if necessary.

Insurance   
Your purchase is insured throughout its delivery. We require a signature for your delivery, and a signature transfers responsibility for your purchase. If you are not the intended recipient of the item (such as a gift order), the person who signs will acknowledge receipt and assume responsibility for the item.

Prices and shipping fees are displayed throughout this website. Taxes and duties apply in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country.
