What is the return policy?
When will I get my order?

We typically ship within 10 business days of placing your order. The estimated delivery date is based on the shipping date. During promotional periods, delivery may take 3-5 business days longer than usual. Please note that there may be delays due to customs clearance procedures, etc.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and destination and are automatically calculated when the order is placed. In our store, we use "cooperative logistics" to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we occasionally offer free shipping. If applicable, it will be automatically applied at checkout. We'll also notify you via email, so please sign up!

*Please note that if you return a product with free shipping, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

What should I pay attention to when I receive the product?

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

You may cancel your order for the following valid reasons within 24 hours of placing your order:
Payment Issues   
An incorrect item was ordered
Out of stock
A customer error regarding your order (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.)
A duplicate order (if your order has not yet shipped)

Is there any situation where I cannot cancel my order?

The following are invalid reasons for cancellation:
Change of Mind - We do not accept cancellations solely for reasons such as "change of mind" or "no longer need."
Other Non-Valid Reasons - We do not accept cancellations without valid reasons, such as convenience or impulsive decisions.
Shipped Order - Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Is there a cancellation fee?

A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to eligible cancellations.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

When can I receive a refund after an order is cancelled?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after your cancellation request is approved.
Refunds will be issued after deducting the cancellation fee.

This is my first time ordering, is there anything I should pay attention to?

When placing your first order, please provide accurate information to ensure a smooth process. In particular, please provide accurate contact information. If you create a registered account, your next order will be even smoother!

Can I place a guest order?
